Description

This custom high-power piezo driver consists of two high-frequency high voltage output transformers, models AL-T500-V28/800/400-F3K/35K & AL-T500-V28/400/200-F30K/250K, and a wideband power amplifier, model AL-300-HF-A. The output transformers are designed with different output voltage taps to suit for a wider range of piezo stack products. The two output transformers cover a wider frequency range, from 3000 Hz to 250 kHz.

The HFHV output transformer is designed to maintain stable high-voltage output across a specified frequency range, which is critical in applications whose electrical characteristics vary with frequency. Typical applications include dielectric testing, piezoelectric and capacitive load excitation, medical device compliance testing, EMC compliance testing, and other high-frequency laboratory or industrial systems.
