Description
This custom high-power piezo driver consists of a high-frequency center-tapped output transformer, model AL-T600-V28/700/CT-F10K/60K, and a wideband power amplifier, model AL-750-HF-A. The system is engineered to generate center-tapped 0–700 V rms. output voltage over a frequency range of 10 kHz – 60 kHz. One of our expertise is making the leakage inductance of the two secondary output windings very small and identical, enabling a true center-tapped balanced output at ultrasonic frequencies.
The HFHV output transformer is designed to maintain stable high-voltage output across a specified frequency range, which is critical in applications whose electrical characteristics vary with frequency. Typical applications include dielectric testing, piezoelectric and capacitive load excitation, medical device compliance testing, EMC compliance testing, and other high-frequency laboratory or industrial systems.
